The motherboard is the main circuit board, containing the CPU. All of the other functions and peripherals are connected in some
way to the motherboard. The CPU is a programmable logic device that performs all the instruction, logic, and mathematical processing
in a computer. Upgrading either or both of these components will improve your PC performance for gaming, working and browsing
the internet.
Graphics Card Installations
A graphics card is a peripheral device that processes and displays graphics. The better the graphics card, the better the
visual performance of games.
Sound Card installations
A sound card is a card inside the computer which allows the computer to produce sounds through internal or external speakers. Upgrading your
sound card can add extra features such as Digital Dolby Surround creating a great cinema sound experience.
TV Tuner Card Installations
A TV tuner card is hardware that allows analogue or digital broadcast television signals to be received and converted or
translated for display by a computer. With one of these cards installed in your computer, you will be able to watch
and record TV programs on your PC.
Video Editing Card Installations
A Video editing card is a piece of hardware to which you connect inputs from media devices such as a VCR or video camera. With one of these
cards you will be able to capture videos from your video camera and edit them on your PC. If you have a DVD writer you will be able to record these videos on to a DVD.
