How much do we charge?

Quotes and Labour Charges

We currently offer a free quotation, providing you accept the quote. If you do not wish to proceed with the agreed solution, a £10 expenses charge will be incurred. We charge by the hour for labour at £15 per hour with a minimum one hour labour charge. This labour charge is not inclusive of the price of parts. If parts are required and we can not complete the job on our first visit, we may require a small deposit for some parts.

Consultations

We offer friendly one to one advice on what you and your computer need. We have twenty five years of experience in our field, and endeavour to make your life easier and get the most from your home computer. Our consultations start from the moment we answer your call, and end when you are happy with what we have provided you. We ensure that you completely understand the work we have carried out and how to use any upgrades that we have installed, or how to reduce the likeliness of future problems.
